In 2007, Housetex was founded in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China.
In 2008, Housetex invented and developed foldable ottoman stools and benches and successfully rolled them out to the market, then with a team of 80 staff.
In 2010, Housetex established a big factory.
In 2010, Housetex passed the audit procedures of Costco and started to supply foldable ottoman products to Costco.
In 2011, Housetex started to supply foldable ottoman products to JYSK. Housetex started to supply foldable ottoman products to Aldi.
In 2012, Housetex passed the audit procedures of BSCI. Housetex started to supply foldable ottoman products to BBB and QVC.
In 2013, Housetex opened another plant and passed the certification of FSC.
In 2014, Housetex started to supply foldable ottoman products to Walmart.
In 2015, Housetex’s turnover exceeded USD15,000,000.
In 2016, Housetex started to supply foldable ottoman products to Lidl.
In 2017, Housetex moved to a newly built self-owned large factory building.
In 2018, Housetex had its staff headcount increased up to 450 and acquired F-Sunny Company.
In 2019, even with the escalation of the trade war between China and USA, Housetex achieved an annual turnover of USD30,000,000.
